What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

USA:

  • Standard*: 10 - 13 business days, includes processing and delivery time
  • Express: 7 - 9 business days, includes processing and delivery time

*Standard shipments may not have a tracking number.

International:

  • International No Rush*: 3 - 6 weeks, includes processing and delivery time
  • International: 7 - 10 business days, includes processing and delivery time

*No Rush and Standard shipments may not have a tracking number.

Where Do You Print And Ship Your Prints?

We’re proud to ship from our printing facilities in Wisconsin, Oregon and Utah. Items in your order may ship separately from different locations.

How Long Will It Take You To Get My Order Shipped Out?

It will take 1-4 business days to process and print your images. Things like books or canvas might take on the longer side to ship since the glue in the binding needs to rest or cure before we can ship them. Single print products (like Engineer Prints and Fine Art Prints) may ship within one business day.

Please note, all delivery times include a processing window.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Yes, but only through USPS, so we cannot guarantee speed of shipping.

Customs

Customers are responsible for any import fees or customs duties on international orders.

Shipping Delays and Missing Packages

MyCanvas is not responsible for transit delays caused by the shipping carrier - our estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. However, we do want to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, so if your order is lost in transit or severely delayed, please let us know so we can try to locate it, or send a replacement.

If the carrier has marked your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please double-check around the property, in your mailbox, with others in the household, and with your neighbors in case it turns up elsewhere. If your order is nowhere to be found after 3 business days, please let us know. We typically see packages appear during this time. Your missing package claim must be reported within 5 business days from when the package was marked as delivered.

We do not offer refunds on orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer. If you need to change the address on an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us right away.

Return Policy

Custom Prints:

We want you to love your MyCanvas products! However, as a small business, please understand that we cannot process refunds or returns on custom products, such as prints, posters, and books. Please make sure that you’ve carefully reviewed your project for errors before ordering and it’s ready for printing as-is.

Display Products:

We do accept returns on display items in new/unused condition. Please email us so we can issue a return authorization before you ship back the product. Your refund or store credit will be processed when the return is received. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Errors and Damages:

We will issue an exchange if your order is damaged in transit, has a printing error, or contains a defective display item. Please contact us and provide your order number along with a photo of the issue, so we can make it right.
